Store Owner Terms

  • Store information including business hours and contact details must be current
  • You are responsible for managing customer inquiries and support requests

Product Compliance

  • All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • You must have the right to sell all listed products
  • Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and restricted substances
  • Product images must be owned by you or used with proper authorization
  • Age-restricted products must include appropriate warnings and compliance measures

Customer Relations

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Honor all confirmed orders and stated terms of sale
  • Process refunds and returns according to your stated policies
  • Maintain professional communication standards on the platform
  • Resolve disputes in good faith and comply with applicable consumer protection laws

  • Prices and product information are set by individual store owners
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information
  • Order modifications or cancellations are subject to store owner policies
  • We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale agreement

Communication

  • Communication with store owners typically occurs through WhatsApp or other specified channels
  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with store owners
  • Do not share personal information unnecessarily during transactions
  • Report any inappropriate behavior or suspicious activity to our support team

Payments and Transactions

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed directly between customers and store owners
  • ShowGlass does not handle payment processing or hold funds
  • Store owners are responsible for their own payment collection methods
  • Customers should verify payment methods and terms with store owners
  • All payment disputes must be resolved directly with the store owner

Pricing and Fees

  • Store owners set their own product prices and payment terms
  • Platform usage fees, if any, will be clearly communicated to store owners
  • Additional fees such as delivery charges are set by individual stores
  • All prices displayed are as set by the store owner and may be subject to change

Intellectual Property

Platform Rights

  • ShowGlass retains all rights to the platform software, design, and functionality
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without permission
  • Platform features and improvements remain our intellectual property
  • User-generated content licenses are specified in separate agreements

User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload to your store
  • You grant us a license to display and process your content as necessary for platform operation
  • You must have rights to all content you upload, including images and descriptions
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Report any copyright or trademark infringement to our team

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Products and Services

  • Illegal goods, services, or activities of any kind
  • Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized replica products
  • Dangerous substances, weapons, or regulated materials
  • Adult content, tobacco, alcohol (unless properly licensed)
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or similar business models

Prohibited Platform Use

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform or servers

Account Termination

Termination by Users

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team
  • Store closure requires completing any pending orders and customer obligations
  • Account data may be retained for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes
  • Some information may remain visible to complete transactions in progress

Termination by ShowGlass

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Immediate termination may occur for serious violations or illegal activity
  • We will provide reasonable notice for non-urgent terminations
  • Terminated users may not create new accounts without our permission
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
